'The Keep' Terms & Conditions


Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

BOOKING / PAYMENT

To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required within
3 working days of your booking. Full payment is required before arrival or cash payment for the balance of 50% on arrival.

The tariff applies to two people sharing the same room. Where two people require separate rooms an additional charge of $30 will apply. Bedrooms not booked will be closed during your stay.

CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation fee of $50 applies if booking is cancelled 7 or more days before the stay. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the date of arrival or guests fail to arrive, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

CODE RED FIRE DAYS

In the event of a Catastrophic Fire Danger (Code Red) Day being declared, the following will apply:
       Currently staying guests will be asked to leave by 5 pm the day before.
       Guests due to check in on a Code Red day will be called and advised that the
       B&B will be closed for that day.
       For guests who are asked to leave, a full refund will be given for the day
       the business is closed. Guests who were due to check in can either re-book
       or receive a full refund for any monies paid.

   

RESTRICTIONS

This property is non-smoking except for outside. Failure to comply will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Not suitable for young children.

Pets are not allowed.


ACCOMMODATION TERMS OF USE

Weekend nights are Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday.

Check-in time is 2 pm onward on the day of arrival, and the B&B must be vacated
by 2 pm.

The property is to be left in a clean and tidy condition or you may be charged for extra cleaning costs incurred.

You are responsible for any damage you or your party cause during your stay and you are required to notify the hosts immediately.
You will be charged for any damage to property by you or your party.

The loss of a key will incur a charge of $100 for the replacement of locks and keys.

The Keep B&B is not responsible for the security of guests' belongings, and it is your responsibility to secure your accommodation while you are out.
